These Customer Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of buyAfric, an online marketplace where you can browse, purchase, and review products from independent sellers ("Vendors") and other third-party content providers. By using or accessing buyAfric as a customer ("you," "your"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

4. Customer Account and Security

1. Platform Liability: buyAfric is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products listed by Vendors. We make no warranties regarding the products, their descriptions, or any transaction between you and a Vendor.
2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless buyAfric and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws.
9. Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
2. Arbitration: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ghana. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Ghana for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
